Ready to build your first AI Agent? Follow these steps to create an Agent in Clients.ai:
Go to the Agent Builder: Log in to Clients.ai and navigate to the "Flows" section. This is where all your Agents live. Click on the option to Create New Flow, or click on your existing flows. Flip it on when you need clients, turn it off when you get overwhelmed.
When creating a new Flow, first select your offer: Where do you want to drive leads TO? There are 8 entry offers we recommend using - select ONE per Flow:

Enter link to your Booking app or payment page. That's where your agents will send people, ready to buy.
Once you select your offer, you'll be able to drag in the agents you want to drive leads to it. There are three categories to choose from: Traffic, Conversion, and Nurturing agents.
Drag them in one at a time: Select one of the three types – Traffic, Conversion, or Nurture – depending on what your goals are. (Not sure which to pick? See the previous article on Agent Types. For a full client-acquisition flow, you’ll want at least one of each.)
Drag and drop your agents into the Flow: If you want to adjust their settings, click the gear icons - you have full control.
Define your Agent’s persona and tone: Adjust how you want your agents to communicate and preview any actions by clicking on the gear icon - available for all of your agents. For example, if you want a LinkedIn agent to post an article at night, and an image post in the morning, you can simply drag in two LinkedIn Posting agents, click the gear icon, and adjust the what, when and how.
Test it, and use the overrides to make any adjustments: Each agent has an override setting. If you click the test button and want to adjust a way an action is being done, you can type in plain english what you want the agent to do instead. It will learn what you like and do that instead.
Fill in as much detail as you can – the more context you give, the smarter and more on-point your Agent will be. (Don’t worry, you can edit this later if needed.)
Review and deploy: Double-check your agents and settings you entered. Once you’re happy, click Deploy. Congratulations – your new Agents are now set up!
Repeat for additional Agents or Flows as needed: If you plan to use multiple Flows (for example, one for booking you free consultation calls, another for selling your book), you can do that by adding a new Flow, selecting your new offer, and repeating steps 1–7 for each one. All your agents will feed off each other, but be careful setting up too many Flows with too many conflicting offers.
What to expect next: Once your Flow is live, the magic begins:
Your Traffic Agent will begin seeking out leads and directing them into your funnel (e.g., visiting your landing page or joining your email list). This might happen gradually over hours or days as it finds quality prospects.
Your Conversion Agent will contact new leads shortly after they enter the funnel. For instance, it might send a welcome email or initiate a chat with a site visitor to answer questions and encourage a signup or purchase.
Your Nurture Agent will start its sequence for leads that haven’t converted immediately. It could send follow-up messages over the next days, weeks, or forever, keeping the conversation going with value and an always-giving mindset.
All of this runs 24/7 without manual intervention. You can monitor progress on the Dashboard – you’ll see new leads, conversations, and conversions being logged in real time.
Remember, you’re in control. You can pause or stop the campaign anytime if needed (there's a pause/stop toggle in the Flows page). You can also edit the campaign settings or Agents on the fly to fine-tune things. But otherwise, sit back and let your new AI team run! Your first campaign is now underway, working to bring you new clients.
