AI Agents done right feel like having team members who are world-class and have no problem working for you 24/7. To refine and expand your Agents’ training in Clients.ai, follow these steps:

  1. Review and Update Training Data

    • Go to Profile (top right corner) → Look over your company information, verify your target audience details, add or remove company testimonials, or offer specific testimonials, adjust your offers the the links you want to send people to.

    • Brand Voice: Specify the tone you want to keep your messaging on brand.

    • Offer Details: Clarify product features, benefits, pricing, add any bonuses and guarantees if you want - so Agents can confidently and accurately pitch your offer.

  2. Tuning Your Agent Behavior

    • In your Flows tab, click on a Flow, and you'll see a button to configure your agents. Here you'll be able to write in plain english the guidelines you want your agents to follow.

    • You can also adjust individual agents by dragging the one you want into the Flow, then clicking the little gear icon. For traffic agents, you can adjust how often and what time of day you want the posts to be done, adjust the text any way you want, select if you want typos in your posts to appear extra human written and be undetectable as AI, etc. On the conversion agents tab (within a flow) you can adjust the branding and text and style of your lead magnet page. Every conversion agent you drag in will automatically build its own lead magnet. For your follow up and nurturing agents, you can drag one in, again click the gear, and adjust how much scarcity you want your agents to use when running launches, and adjust the tone and make any specific overrides - giving you full control over every action your agents take.

  3. Monitor Performance & Iterate

    • Use the Stats tab within a flow to review real lead interactions. Watch your business grow on its own.

    • Return to Agent Settings to correct or enhance your agent activities if you see a way something can be improved. Otherwise, just let your agents do their thing.

    • Leverage the Test buttons to simulate what each action looks like from your leads point of view, and adjust anything you want before your agents start reaching real leads.

  4. Schedule Regular Refreshes

    • Treat Agent training as an ongoing process. Plan weekly or monthly check‑ins to add new questions, update offer details, and refine tone.

    • As your business evolves—new products, updated pricing, fresh case studies—mirror those changes in your Agents’ instructions. Your Agents will constantly be testing for you. But if you want to try out new offers with new Agents, all the power to you.

Setup takes minutes. Results quickly noticeable. Your Agents will get smarter, more persuasive, and more deeply aligned with your brand every time you update their knowledge.
