Q: Do I need to know how to code or be tech-savvy to use Clients.ai?
A: No coding or technical expertise is required. Clients.ai is designed for non-technical users. The interface is visual and user-friendly – you can create Agents by filling in forms and clicking buttons. Setting up integrations (like social media channels or email) is mostly just logging in and authorizing. And if you ever need help, our support team can guide you through setup. So whether you’re a marketer, coach, or business owner with limited tech skills, you can absolutely use Clients.ai effectively.

Q: Will my leads or clients know that an AI is interacting with them?
A: In most cases, no – not unless you choose to tell them. The AI Agents are trained to converse naturally, even making the occasional typo. If you want them to operate under another name, you can give them their own social media channels and they will talk about your company like an affiliate, instead of conversing from you directly. Please note though, If you give them new accounts, results will take longer because there's no momentum to start from.

Many of our top users have the AI act as an assistant or team member, and leads assume they’re talking to a person. There’s no built-in disclosure that “I am a bot” unless you add one in the overrides section of the Agent settings. Of course, honesty is up to you; some brands are open about AI assistance, while others simply let the experience speak for itself. The bottom line: the interactions feel human-like, so your leads won’t be able to tell it’s AI unless you want them to.

Q: What if the AI says something incorrect or off-brand?
A: While our Agents strive to be accurate and on-message, they can occasionally slip up (just like humans!). The good news is you have full control and oversight. You can preview every agent action in your Flow Control Center. Click Flows, then when you're in a specific Flow by clicking on one, you can preview what it every action looks like from a leads perspective. If you spot anything amiss – say the Agent gave a wrong answer or a tone that doesn’t fit your brand – you can correct it by updating the Agent’s training; by adding custom instructions in plain english, using the 'overrides' text box within each of your Agents configuration. The system learns from these corrections. You can also step into any live conversation in real time if needed. Additionally, our team monitors overall performance and continuously improves the AI models under the hood. So, any mistake can often be a one-time fix. With a bit of ongoing guidance, your Agents will consistently stay on point. Be sure to test rigorously and ensure there is nothing being said that you don't want said. You can do this all before a real lead sees anything - so that by the time they do - you can have it exactly the way you want it.

Q: How is my data handled? Is it secure?
A: We take data security very seriously. Your leads’ information and data are encrypted and stored securely. Only your Clients.ai account (and those you authorize in your account) have access to your client data. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties. The AI models process the information to have conversations, but they don’t retain your private data beyond serving your account – in other words, your data isn’t used to train some public AI or anything like that. You're 100% secure. We also offer features like data export or deletion if you ever need. In short, your data stays your data, and we guard it with industry best practices (encryption, secure servers, etc.).

Q: Can Clients.ai integrate with my CRM or other tools?
A: Yes, Clients.ai is built to play nicely with your existing stack. Out of the box, we integrate with your email providers, and calendar scheduling links - so the AI can book meetings for you - and that goes for your checkout pages, as well. For other tools, you can inject AI Agents into your existing funnels by using the embed code you get with every Conversion Agent, and all you do is go to your existing funnel or website builder, delete your lead capture (name and email) form and replace it with a "custom embed" widget (name may vary depending on your provider). Paste in your Conversion Agent's code, and you've successfully injected AI Agents into your existing funnel.

Q: What industries or types of businesses does Clients.ai work best for?
A: Clients.ai is industry-agnostic – if you need leads or clients, and you sell things online, our Agents can help. We have users across coaching and consulting, e-commerce, marketing agencies, course creators, service providers, community owners, and more. The reason it works for many domains is that you train the AI on your business specifics. In fact, the second you enter your website when getting your Clients.ai account, your agents have already trained themselves. For instance, if you’re a real estate agent, they'll analyze your website and understand who they work for deeply. If you run an online store, it will know what you sell, and who your top clients would be. We’ve seen success in B2B and B2C contexts alike. Of course, the volume and approach may differ – a consultant might only need a handful of high-quality leads (which Agents can find and nurture), whereas an online shop might use Agents to get traffic and build your email list. Both scenarios benefit from automation and AI personalization. So there’s a high chance Clients.ai is perfect for you. Q: Do I have to use all the Agents (Traffic, Conversion, Nurture)?
A: Not at all. Clients.ai is flexible. You can choose the pieces that fit your needs. If you already have plenty of web traffic and leads but struggle with follow-up, you might skip the Traffic Agent and just use a Conversion and Nurture Agent to engage and email those leads. Conversely, if you just want to drive more people to your existing funnel, you can deploy a Traffic Agent by itself. The system doesn’t force a one-size-fits-all; you drag-and-drop the Agents you want. That said, using the trio in harmony often yields the best results (since they cover the whole journey). But it’s totally your call – start with what addresses your biggest pain point, and you can always add other Agents later as needed.

Q: How soon will I start seeing results?
A: This can vary, but many users see activity within the first day or two of launching a campaign. For example, your Traffic Agent might start bringing in leads in 24-48 hours (sometimes faster if it’s doing outreach via email or social). Traffic Agents can begin creating content and posting on your social media as soon as you launch them. That said, turning leads into actual paying clients can take the normal sales cycle time – our Agents speed up the front end (finding and warming leads), but your leads may still take days or weeks to make final decisions depending on your business. If your offer is less than $100, they can make sales compeltely on autopilot. If it's high ticket, we recommend using a webinar or a free consultation call - and your agents will fill up your calendar. We encourage you to give any campaign at least a couple of weeks to run so the Agents can iterate and optimize (the longer they run, the better they get as they test messages and you fine-tune training). And remember, we have that 18-day trial for a reason – we expect tangible progress in that time. Many customers close their first deals within the first few weeks.

Q: What does pricing look like?
A: Clients.ai offers several plans to accommodate different needs, typically based on the number of Agents and the level of usage (like how many leads you engage per month). We also provide an 18-day free trial to get you started with no risk. During the trial, you can use the platform fully; if you get 5 new clients in that period, awesome – if not, and you feel it’s not working for you, you won’t be charged (per our promo). After the trial, plans are subscription-based. Existing members lock their price in. Your existing subscription will never increase in price - even as our Agents become more and more expensive to new members. Q: Can I cancel if I’m not satisfied?
A: Yes. You’re never locked in long-term. If Clients.ai isn’t the right fit for you, you can cancel your subscription. We’d be sad to see you go, but we make it easy – you can cancel directly from your account settings with a click. If you cancel during the trial period, you won’t be charged anything. If you’re on a paid plan and cancel, you’ll typically finish out the period you’ve paid for (e.g., the month or year) and not be billed further. We also welcome feedback upon cancellation – if there was something that didn’t work for you, let us know; we’re always improving.
